Before adding products to Sugargoo, you need the Taobao product link. Copy the URL of the desired Stetson listing from Taobao. Use browser translations or agent-assisted searches if necessary.

Step 3: Submit Your Purchase Request on Sugargoo

Log into your Sugargoo account and navigate to 'Order for Me.' Paste the Taobao URL, input the quantity, size (if applicable), and any special requests in the description box. Review the order details before submitting.

Step 4: Make the Payment

Sugargoo will calculate the total cost including domestic shipping (¥) and service fees. Complete the payment via PayPal or other available methods. The agent will then purchase the item from Taobao.

Step 5: Quality Inspection & Shipping

Once your Stetson hat arrives at Sugargoo’s warehouse, they will inspect it, share QC photos, and repackage for international shipping. In case of defects, Sugarguo helps facilitate returns or exchanges.
